Traci Lutton is the Vice President for the Muncie-Delaware County Economic Development Alliance and is a lead staff person for the community’s 5-year economic development plan, Vision 2021. Lutton has a wide range of experience in the field of economic development including site selection and development services, business retention and expansion, marketing, shell building development, downtown revitalization, infrastructure improvements, public finance, fundraising, and redevelopment activities.
Lutton is an alumnus of Ball State University and a graduate of Oklahoma University's Economic Development Institute. She is a board member of the East Central Indiana Regional Partnership, and a member of the East Central Indiana Development Council, the Indiana Economic Development Association, and the International Economic Development Council. Lutton is active in numerous community initiatives, and in recognition of her work, she has been recognized as one of M Magazine’s 20 Under 40 and was a finalist for the Muncie Star Press Person of the Year Award
The Muncie-Delaware County Economic Development Alliance is the International Economic Development Council’s longest standing Accredited Economic Development Organization (AEDO) in the US and Canada.
