As the COO of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Muncie, former Executive Director of the Roy C. Buley Community Center, former Marketing & Communications director for the Muncie YMCA and the United Way of Delaware County, the Founder/Director of the Muncie YMCA Black Achievers Program, professional vocalist, independent consultant for Paparazzi Accessories, and Zumba instructor, Qiana O’Neal’s professional career might best be described as eclectic. It is Qiana’s personal goal to honor God, inspire and empower people and champion community.
Qiana, a Muncie native, graduate of Ball State University and a Master’s Degree candidate of Indiana Wesleyan University. She first developed her love for public service while visiting Kenya, Africa on a missionary work with other students from Oral Roberts University (Tulsa, OK) which she also attended. Since then Qiana has traveled to 7 additional countries and has devoted much of her time and energy to service work both locally and abroad.
Qiana is a member of Destiny Christian Center International where her pastor is her father, Bishop Keith O’Neal. She volunteers to run the church’s marketing and communications efforts, sings on the worship team and directs the choir. When she is not working, she loves to travel, read, listen to music & be at home with her husband Duane and her 2 sons Duane Jr and DarShawn.
