Jenni (McGalliard) Marsh is President and CEO of United Way of Delaware, Henry and Randolph Counties. In her nearly 7 years at the helm of United Way, the organization has undergone significant transformation—including growing to be a three-county service area. By turning outward and significantly revving up impact, this United Way has seen terrific outcomes from energizing the board to reinvigorating the campaign and surpassing goal for three years in a row.
Her previous work experience includes running her own communications consulting business, serving as the Marketing Coordinator for the Northern Indiana Community Foundation, Inc. and as the Associate Director of the Miami County Community Foundation. Prior to joining United Way, she worked at her alma mater Ball State University for five years where she served as the Director of Annual Giving and then Director of Development for the College of Applied Sciences and Technology. She is one of nearly 6,900 people in the world who hold the Certified Fund Raising Executive credential.
She and her husband John have 3 children. They write stage plays in their spare time. Their play Fixing Up, won the McLaren Memorial Comedy Playwriting Competition and was produced for 10 sold-out shows at the Midland Community Theatre in Texas. One newspaper review called it “a charming and splendorous comic affair.”
